Mapal is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our GTM-SALES SDR team. This role role is a key position key position within the GTM team. It is exclusively focused on inbound activities regarding marketing leads.

The SDR at Mapal is responsible for receiving, qualifying, and rigorously following up on all incoming leads (Request a Demo, Marketing Qualified Leads, etc.), ensuring a smooth, fast, and high-quality experience for every prospect. This role requires excellent coordination with the Marketing and Sales teams, as well as a high level of rigor regarding processes, SLAs, and qualification quality.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our GTM-SALES SDR team, you will:

Ensure flawless handling of 100% of inbound leads, with:

• A high conversion rate into qualified opportunities.

• Strict compliance with marketing SLAs.

• Consistent, actionable qualification for the Sales team.

Inbound Lead Management and Qualification

• Receive and process all incoming leads (Request a Demo, MQLs, marketing

campaigns, etc.).

• Qualify leads using: Internal group tools, Defined elevator pitches, and In-depth knowledge of Mapal’s solutions and use cases.

• Ensure optimal conversion of inbound leads into qualified meetings.

SLA Compliance and Operational Excellence

• Ensure strict adherence to Marketing-defined SLAs, particularly regarding contact

and qualification timelines.

• Make sure 100% of leads are processed within the defined timeframes, without

exception.

• Maintain a high and well-documented standard of tracking and administration in

the CRM.

Marketing & Sales Collaboration

• Maintain a strong and long-term relationship with the Marketing team.

• Organize and participate in regular alignment meetings to synchronize on: Marketing strategy and vision, Lead quality, and Performance and improvement opportunities.

• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth and high-quality handover of

qualified leads.

Lead Follow-up and Nurturing

• Set up and manage inbound lead follow-up campaigns throughout the year.

• Use different prospecting and nurturing sequences to maximize conversion of leads that are not immediately sales-ready.

• Adapt messaging and channels based on the prospect’s level of maturity.

Representation & Events

• Participate in trade shows, training sessions, and professional events, including international travel.

• Represent Mapal professionally and in line with the brand positioning.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Conversion rate of inbound leads into qualified meetings.

• Compliance with marketing SLAs (contact and qualification timelines, number of contact attempts).

• Quality of leads passed to the Sales team.

• Volume of leads processed versus leads received.

• Contribution to continuous improvement of inbound processes.
