🎯Role Overview

As an Inbound SDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospects engaging with Mapal. You’ll play a key role in qualifying inbound leads, understanding customer needs, and converting interest into high-quality sales opportunities. You’ll work at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, ensuring a seamless lead journey and maximizing conversion across all inbound channels.

🛠 Key Responsabilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website, and events

  • Assess prospect fit, needs, and buying intent to prioritize high-value opportunities

  • Engage with prospects via email, phone, and social channels

  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for BDM

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM

  • Represent Mapal at trade shows and professional events, engaging with prospects and generating new inbound opportunities

  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align on lead quality, improve conversion rates, and optimize inbound processes

  • Provide feedback on lead quality and contribute to refining qualification frameworks

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar commercial role (ideally in SaaS or tech)

  • Fluent English and Spanish mandatory

  • Strong ability to qualify leads and identify business opportunities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with CRM tools
