About the job

We are looking for a proactive and technically fluent GTM Systems & Automation Manager to join our Revenue Operations team.

This role will own and evolve the systems, automations, integrations, and technical workflows that support our go-to-market organization. The main focus will be on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, HubSpot, and the wider GTM tech stack.

This is a hybrid role between a CRM systems owner, systems administrator, and automation lead. The person in this role will be responsible for improving how our commercial teams work by optimizing systems, developing CRM functionality, building reliable integrations, and automating manual processes.

The role is not purely administrative and not purely back-end development. We are looking for someone who can understand commercial processes, translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, and execute hands-on across CRM configuration, automation, integrations, and technical development.

Experience working with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or wider GTM teams is highly valuable. Experience with practical AI or automation use cases is a strong plus.

Key responsibilities

GTM systems ownership

Co-own and improve the core GTM systems landscape, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and HubSpot. Ensure these platforms are scalable, reliable, well-governed, and aligned with the needs of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

CRM optimization and development

Configure, customize, and extend CRM functionality across Dynamics 365 and HubSpot. This includes improving forms, views, workflows, objects, fields, pipelines, automations, data models, dashboards, and user experiences.

Automation and workflow improvement

Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes and replace them with scalable automations using Power Automate, Power Platform, HubSpot workflows, and other relevant automation tools. Improve productivity, process adherence, data quality, and operational efficiency.

Integrations across the GTM tech stack

Build, manage, and improve integrations between Dynamics 365, HubSpot, and other GTM systems, including marketing automation, CPQ or quoting tools, customer success platforms, data platforms, BI tools, enrichment tools, and productivity platforms.

Technical development

Develop and support custom functionality using C#, including Dynamics 365 plugins and Azure Functions. Use JavaScript for Dynamics 365 form logic and user experience improvements. Work with Dynamics 365 APIs, Dataverse APIs, HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and SQL to support integrations, automation, troubleshooting, and reporting needs.

Governance, ALM, and system reliability

Manage system changes with strong governance across Solutions, ALM, environments, deployments, testing, documentation, and release management. Reduce technical debt and ensure changes are properly controlled, documented, and scalable.

RevOps partnership and roadmap

Partner closely with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Operations, IT, and GTM leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions. Help define and deliver the GTM systems roadmap, prioritizing platform improvements, automation opportunities, integrations, and data quality initiatives.

AI and future-facing automation

Identify practical AI and automation use cases that improve GTM productivity, CRM hygiene, lead management, reporting workflows, pipeline visibility, forecasting inputs, account intelligence, and decision support.

Success in this role looks like

·       Dynamics 365, HubSpot, and the wider GTM tech stack become more scalable, reliable, integrated, and effective.

·       Commercial teams experience less friction because CRM workflows, automations, integrations, and user experiences are easier to use and better aligned with how they work.

·       Manual processes are reduced through practical automation, better system design, and stronger workflow governance.

·       CRM data quality, process adherence, and reporting reliability improve measurably.

·       New CRM features, automations, integrations, and platform improvements are delivered with strong governance, documentation, and release discipline.

·       Revenue Operations has a strong technical partner who can translate business priorities into scalable system solutions and help shape the future GTM systems roadmap.

 

Job requirements

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with solid experience in GTM systems, RevOps technology, CRM administration, CRM development, business systems, or commercial operations technology.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with:

·       Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and model-driven apps

·       HubSpot development and administration, including workflows, properties, objects, pipelines, automations, and integrations

·       Solutions, ALM, environment management, deployments, and release governance

·       C# for Dynamics 365 plugins, Azure Functions, or custom workflow activities

·       JavaScript for Dynamics 365 forms and client-side logic

·       SQL, Dynamics 365 APIs, Dataverse APIs, HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and private apps

·       GTM system integrations across CRM, marketing, sales, customer success, data, BI, and productivity tools

The right person will combine strong technical fluency with business understanding. They should be able to work independently, manage stakeholders, diagnose system issues, and balance quick operational fixes with long-term platform scalability.

Must-have requirements

·       Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and model-driven apps

·       Experience with HubSpot development and administration

·       Experience with Solutions and ALM in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform

·       Experience with C#, especially Dynamics 365 plugins and/or Azure Functions

·       Experience with JavaScript for Dynamics 365 forms

·       Strong working knowledge of SQL

·       Experience using Dynamics 365 APIs, Dataverse APIs, and/or HubSpot APIs

·       Experience building or supporting integrations across a GTM or business systems tech stack

·       Strong automation mindset and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Nice to have

·       Previous experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Operations

·       Experience integrating Dynamics 365 and HubSpot

·       Experience with AI-enabled workflows, copilots, AI assistants, or commercial automation use cases

·       Experience with Azure services, middleware, iPaaS tools, or event-based architecture

·       Experience with CPQ, quoting, pricing, contracting, or revenue lifecycle processes

·       Experience with Power BI, data governance, or GTM data quality initiatives
